Ian started his construction career in 1993 as a field laborer. He has extensive construction experience in all facets of construction including home building superintendent, commercial construction project engineer and project manager, commercial concrete sales, estimating and project manager.
CALEN PACE
CEO
Calen worked his way into construction in very non-traditional way. Pursuing music performance and recording engineering early on, he helped build and then design some studios, which fueled his interest in construction. Starting off pushing a broom at a subsidiary for a large, Dallas-based GC, Calen quickly worked his way through the ranks to managing diverse types of construction. From small, interior renovations to large, ground-up entertainment venues, his experience is extensive.
While not working, Calen enjoys spending time at his family's lake house, driving his wife Laura and four kids (3 girls and 1 boy) around on the boat, and playing drums at church.
